Wherever this Notice refers to “users” it means “you”, while “we” or “our” refer to Clinton and Margaret and “Web Site” refers to http://The7DaySuccessPlan

This sets forth our policy with regard to the use of “Spam” marketing techniques in connection with Internet Marketing. In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately revoke your rights and close any active account.

We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass Emails or unsolicited Emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products and services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs “for cause” if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.

We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards, forums or in chat rooms offered by The7DaySuccessPlan.

The7DaySuccessPlan members will have access to their referrals email addresses. This email address is to be used to help your referrals build their business here at The7DaySuccessPlan. Sending any other offers to this email address is considered spam. If your referrals or any other member of The7DaySuccessPlan reports you for spamming them with other offers, your account will be deleted and all commissions will be lost.

What is spam?

Sending your information via email or in a forum post to people who do not specifically request your information.

If you purchase a list from anywhere, do not use any The7DaySuccessPlan urls to send your original message to that list. Those people have not requested information from you. You must first ask the prospect if they are interested in hearing about your offer with no mention of The7DaySuccessPlan. If they respond, requesting more information, then you can send them your url from The7DaySuccessPlan.

If someone spams you, you may not spam them back with information about The7DaySuccessPlan. It is still spam no matter who started it!

The7DaySuccessPlan may only be advertised is ways that are legal and moral and appropriate to your audience.

If you are unsure if your advertising will be accepted for use with your The7DaySuccessPlan membership, please ask before you use it!

Finally, DO NOT Spam Us with your other offers. If you have a program that you feel is appropriate to The7DaySuccessPlan, send us the generic link to that program. If we decide it is a good program and plan to add it to The7DaySuccessPlan, we will contact you and ask for your affiliate link. Sending us your affiliate link without our request is spam and you could lose your account at The7DaySuccessPlan.

If you are “spammed” by anyone regarding our products, services, web site, or any other matters, please report this activity by email at [email protected]. Put ‘Spam Report’ in your subject line.
