You agree to only create 1 account.
Emails
By joining The 7 Day Success Plan YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS UP TO EVERY 24HRS FROM [email protected]. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from [email protected] as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get informative emails as well as website updates, commission info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, promotions or anything that The 7 Day Success Plan needs to relay to all members.
You also agree to receive welcome and support emails from your sponsor. These emails will not contain links to other programs. They will be to help you with our business here at The 7 Day Success Plan.
Please do not join with a yahoo, hotmail, aol or your isp email address. You will not receive emails from us if you use these email clients. Gmail is the best email address to use for business purposes online.
Your email address will be available to your direct referrer (sponsor). If your referrer spams you with the use of your email address, please report it to us and his or her account will be deleted. (See Spam Policy)
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back The 7 Day Success Plan a message from an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
The 7 Day Success Plan is an information marketing tool used to help it’s members on the Internet. The 7 Day Success Plan does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from The 7 Day Success Plan. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of incorrectly entered payment information is your responsibility.
Changing Sponsor
We do not allow people to sponsor shop in The 7 Day Success Plan. The person you originally joined from is your sponsor. Our Community system will offer you all the help and support you need even if your sponsor is not always or ever available. Your sponsor is obviously working or you would not have answered their ad. Having a working sponsor is a good thing.
Canceling your account to switch sponsors could mean you will lose all referrals and commissions from your original account. We strongly discourage sponsor hopping and will not force your downline to follow you while you do it.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of The 7 Day Success Plan. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold The 7 Day Success Plan liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
Refunds are sent within the first 24 hours of paying if requested only if you have not used any of the upgraded benefits offered with that payment. See our full Refund Policy HERE. Make sure you understand what you are paying for before you pay. By joining and paying for any paid portion of The 7 Day Success Plan, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page, including supporting information listed on subsequent pages, listed below.
Account Settlements
Commissions are sent out twice a month to all accounts that have a balance due of at least $10. There is no need to claim or request your commissions. They will be paid out automatically when you meet the minimum threshold of $10.
You are responsible to add your PayPal information to your profile in your back office. You will not be paid if that information is not present. Account that are due a payout for more than 5 weeks with no payment information available will forfeit their current commissions. PLEASE be sure to add your PayPal email address to your profile.
SPAM
The 7 Day Success Planhas a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include the The 7 Day Success Plan name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own “double-optin” subscribers or on list mailers, safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list or a list mailer that allows this.
To falsify user information provided to The 7 Day Success Plan or to other users of the service in connection with The 7 Day Success Plan, or any of it’s other sites.
To use the The 7 Day Success Plan name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
If someone spams you, you cannot retaliate by send them information about The 7 Day Success Plan. It is still spam no matter who started it.
Do NOT to promote your promotion page or any other The 7 Day Success Plan advertising materials using blasters or to purchased leads – Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.
The 7 Day Success Plan considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by The 7 Day Success Plan terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender’s account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit The 7 Day Success Plan actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
The 7 Day Success Plan reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, The 7 Day Success Plan reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
Catastrophic Events
We have no way of predicting future events. If something catastrophic occurs that leaves The 7 Day Success Plan without electricity and/or internet access for an extended period of time, (months or years), this website may cease to exist. If that happens, we will not be able to pay out commissions. This will be out of our control. We will lose everything and therefore so will you.
We are not saying ‘if we fail to pay our bills’. We are saying ‘if electricity or internet access are not available to us due to some outside source or an act of God’. We are living in unstable times. No one knows what the future holds for the world or the United States. We will not be held responsible if our access to the internet or use of electricity is taken from us. Chances are, if we lose these resources you will too.
By becoming a member of The 7 Day Success Plan, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
